Items are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post registered post.
For enquiries regarding Express Post, please contact our store.
There is a flat fee of $10 on all orders within Australia.
All prices are listed in $AUS and include GST. There are no extra charges except a shipping fee.
We currently ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Hong Kong using registered International Post.
For all other international orders, please contact our store for a delivery quote to your country.

When purchasing from our online store, payment is handled by PayPal, a secure online payment gateway.
Credit Card payments can also be processed over the phone during business hours.
Bokeh does not hold your credit card details and no personal information will be shared with third parties.
Please be aware that all the ceramics are handmade. Variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour and glaze making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
If the item is not quite what you imagined, we're happy to exchange the item or provide a store credit.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to discuss available options.
Return shipping is not refunded.
Refunds are only provided if the item is defective.
Lost or Damaged Items
Please inspect the item on arrival to ensure that it is in good order.
If any items have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
Retain original packaging and your receipt and document any damage with photos.
Once the item has been returned and the problem confirmed, we will refund the price including postage.
